Museum of the City of Łódź and the Muarah Audio thank all visitors who came to a presentation of the quadraphonic system in unique interiors of Izrael Poznanski Palace in Lodz. It was continuation of actions reminiscent of the fascinating history of analog sound technology. Vinyl records recently experiencing true renaissance. It appears that some of them conceal the surprise in the form of four channels recorded instead of two stereo sound. It gives you the opportunity to experience surround sound.
The following pure analog equipment was used for the presentation: turntable, tube amplifiers and quadraphonic decoder made by Muarah Audio. AudioVector loudspeakers provided by courtesy of VOICE distributor. The creators of the system gave a lecture on quadraphonic technique and took part in the discussion. Visitors could listen to quadraphonic LPs with classical, jazz and entertainment music.
